1. Winter Garden by Kristen Hannah was one of my favorite books I've ever read. It was a mix of romance and historical fiction. I couldn't put the book down. It was definitely a page turner!
2. The Longest Ride by Nicholas Sparks is a romance novel. It's a love story that is told through three different characters. They have made it into a great movie, but I would suggest reading the book first.
3. My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick is a cheesy romance novel written for teenage girls. I loved it! Their was drama, romance, and suspense. It was a quick read, but well worth it.
4. Secret Garden by Quincy Jones was one of my favorite books growing up. I never liked to read as a little girl, but this was the one book that I truly loved.
5. tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom is a great book! I would recommend that everyone reads it at some point in their life. We read it in my AP Language and Composition class and I really enjoyed it. This was the first book that I have been forced to read for school that I actually enjoyed.

7. Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher is a thought provoking book. It's a story that will make you stop and think about how you treat others. I highly recommend this book and I believe that it should be read in schools.
8. The Selection by Kiera Cass is a four book series that is amazing! It's a mix between the television shows The Bachelor and Reign. I would recommend this to teenage girls who want a romantic novel with a twist to it.
9. Hunger Games by Suzanna Collins is a thrilling action novel with a bit of romance thrown into it. I loved the book and never wanted to put it down.
10. Divergent by Veronica Roth was another thrilling action novel. The romance was slow to start, but got better and better as it went on. I loved the first couple books in the series, but by the third book it got old.
